Yes! Your security is very important to us. We never collect or store any of your sensitive financial information. When you have completed shopping and are ready to check out, you are always taken to Paypal's secure payment processing page. Please note, you do not need to have or create a Paypal account to shop with us. You can always use any major credit card.

How will my order be shipped?

We are happy to offer low shipping prices on every order shipped in the United States. Shipping costs start at $3.00 and orders of five or more Kiddo Kards ship for free! Most packages are shipped via USPS first-class mail from Irvine, California. For larger orders, we may choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground mail. Please allow 24 hours for order processing and 1-5 days shipping time. To calculate your shipping cost, just insert your zip code and click "Update" on the "View Cart" page.

What if I would like to receive my package by a specific date?

If you need to receive your Kiddo Kards order sooner, we are happy to offer upgraded shipping options. You will find these options available on every product page or by clicking here. Just remember, even if you order multiple items, you only need to add *one* shipping upgrade to your cart because it will apply to your entire order. When you check out, you will also have the option to leave us a note. If you let us know the day that you need to receive your order by, we will check to make sure the shipping upgrade you have selected is your best solution.

Do you ship to international locations?

Yes, Kiddo Kards are shipped internationally! In order for us to help find you the best available shipping option, all of our international orders are handled personally by our staff. Please call or email us for assistance.

What if I need to return or exchange my order?

We always want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your Kiddo Kards purchase. If you need to return your purchase for any reason, just send us the unopened item along with your shipping invoice within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly refund your credit card for the cost of the item. If you wish to exchange your item for another product on our website, please indicate which item you would like to receive on your shipping invoice.
